About Parallax Cyber LLC

Found and President Dr. Tomas Pena has over 30 years of experience working with Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cyberspace Operations, and Systems Security Engineering. He's a pioneer who helped to establish U.S. military cyber operations through development of Joint Publication 3-12, advancing offensive cyber operations command and control (C2), training Mission Commanders, contributing to establishment of the Air Force's Cyber Weapons Instructor Course (WIC), and developing foundational concepts for, and leading the initial iteration of, the U.S. Cyber Command Joint Operations Center (JOC).

Our Mission

After supporting flight software teams developing satellite cyber defense systems, Dr. Pena set the mission of Parallax Cyber LLC to focus on improving the cyber resiliency of U.S. systems. As a part of this mission, he also established the Space Systems Security Engineering Professional (S3EP) Certification Program to improve the cyber discipline and engineering effectiveness in the space domain.
